Clark Pierson
General manager
Clark brings a strong financial and managerial background to TrailMax as its General Manager. With a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Utah State University, Clark's academic foundation provides him with a solid understanding of business operations and strategic decision-making. His 7 years as CFO at Charmac Trailers equipped him with invaluable insights into the trailer industry, including financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning specific to manufacturing and production. This experience will be crucial in overseeing TrailMax's financial health and operational efficiency.
Clark's role as a Relationship Manager at KeyBank further broadened his expertise, allowing him to work closely with numerous clients across various industries. This experience exposed him to diverse financial strategies, successes, and challenges faced by businesses, which will be instrumental in his leadership at TrailMax. Clark Pierson's enthusiasm for team building and his commitment to contributing to TrailMax's long-term success position him well to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence within the company. Ryan Greaves
Operations manager
Ryan Greaves brings a wealth of experience and expertise to TrailMax as Plant Manager. With 15 years of experience at Charmac Trailers, he has developed deep insights in the sales, procurement, and manufacturing processes. This background equips him with a thorough understanding of efficiency and quality control, which are crucial for ensuring the production of high-quality trailers at TrailMax.
Furthermore, Ryan's tenure as a Territory Manager at Reliance Metalcenter underscores his proficiency in steel sales and customer relations. His experience in this area adds another layer of valuable skills, particularly in understanding materials sourcing and maintaining strong customer relationships, which are essential in the manufacturing industry. Ryan’s extensive career also includes valuable experience as the Senior Account Manager at Southern Fabrication Works. This role further enriches his background, providing him with insights into account management, client relationship development, and project oversight within the fabrication industry. His passion for producing quality products and keen attention to detail will undoubtedly contribute to TrailMax's commitment to delivering high-quality trailers. His comprehensive background positions him effectively to drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence in production processes at TrailMax.
Founded in 1977 by Max and Charlene Casperson, Charmac Trailers' goal has been to build the highest quality trailers for our customers.
Approaching 50 years later, Charmac remains a locally owned and operated business today. Our manufacturing plant, located in Twin Falls, Idaho, has evolved and expanded over the past 40 years. Larger operating space as well as new age equipment and an experienced work force allow us to build over a thousand trailers each year custom built to each customers specifications.
This ability to produce highly custom trailers and maintain high quality in an assembly line environment sets us apart from the competition, and allow us to better satisfy our customers.
