Clark Pierson

Chief Executive officer, j pierski enterprises

Clark Pierson is the CEO of J Pierski Enterprises, the parent company of TrailMax and Charmac, two iconic trailer manufacturing brands now united under a single leadership vision. With a background that combines financial expertise, strategic operations, and hands-on industry experience, Clark is uniquely positioned to lead this integrated enterprise into its next phase of growth and innovation.

A graduate of Utah State University with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Clark brings a strong analytical foundation to his leadership. His seven-year tenure as CFO at Charmac Trailers gave him deep insight into the manufacturing sector, equipping him with the tools to manage complex budgets, streamline production, and drive operational efficiency.

After leaving Charmac and before rejoining the trailer industry, Clark worked as a Relationship Manager at KeyBank, where he partnered with clients across diverse sectors. This experience broadened his understanding of business dynamics and financial strategy, adding a valuable perspective to his executive toolkit.

Now as CEO, Clark is focused on merging the strengths of both TrailMax and Charmac to build a streamlined, high-performing organization with an ambitious growth plan. He is deeply committed to fostering a strong team culture, delivering exceptional products, and upholding the legacy of craftsmanship that both brands are known for.

Ryan Greaves

Chief Operating Officer, J Pierski Enterprises

Ryan Greaves serves as the Chief Operating Officer of J Pierski Enterprises, bringing a broad and accomplished background in manufacturing operations, sales strategy, and organizational leadership. With 15 years of experience at Charmac Trailers, Ryan developed deep expertise in sales, procurement, and manufacturing—skills that have been instrumental in driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality across the enterprise's trailer brands, including TrailMax and Charmac.

Prior to his executive role, Ryan gained significant industry insight as a Territory Manager at Reliance Metalcenter. His work in steel sales and customer relations added critical knowledge in materials sourcing and strategic client engagement—both vital to the manufacturing ecosystem.

He further expanded his professional scope as a Senior Account Manager at Southern Fabrication Works, where he managed key accounts and oversaw complex fabrication projects. This role sharpened his skills in project management, client development, and operational planning.

Ryan’s passion for producing high-quality products, combined with his eye for process improvement and detail, plays a pivotal role in J Pierski Enterprises' mission to lead with excellence in trailer manufacturing. His leadership is a necessity in shaping the company’s operational strategies, promoting innovation, and driving scalable growth.

John McKay

With over 35 years of dedicated service at Charmac, John McKay is a cornerstone of the company’s legacy and growth. From the early days of horse trailer production to today’s advanced cargo and specialty lines, John has been an essential part of every chapter in Charmac’s story.

As Sales Supervisor, John is pivotal in the company’s operations, bringing unmatched trailer expertise and a deep understanding of what customers and dealers need. He is widely regarded as knowing more about trailers than anyone else in the company, and his insights have helped shape both day-to-day operations and long-term strategies.

John is also a respected innovator. He has played a leading role in developing new products and refining processes that keep Charmac at the forefront of the industry. His ability to blend tradition with forward-thinking solutions makes him a critical force behind Charmac’s continued evolution.
